Training and developing the careers of employees is a high priority of LogiGear.
Frequent training seminars not only supports LogiGear’s goal to provide its clients with leading test professionals but also fosters the employees’ career growth. Each employee is encouraged and given the best conditions to participate in development courses.
Depending on the content of a course, an employee will be trained using different methods such as theory, group discussions, applying theory to practice, and team building to address various obstacles an employee may encounter in a project.
Individuals who have worked at LogiGear for more than three months will participate in short-term and long-term training courses. All courses aim to promote better skill sets, obtain more experience, and develop professionally according to LogiGear standards. In addition, there are abroad training opportunities for exceptional individuals who have worked at LogiGear for at least two years.

LogiGear currently evaluates each individual on a six month and/or twelve month basis and rewards those who have shown notable achievements.
