According to international standards, the ratio of developer to tester is 3:1 but that ratio is roughly 5:1 in Viet Nam, said Mr. Denny Nguyen – LogiGear’s Director of Global Operation.
The professional testing ability of Viet Nam’s Test Engineer (Software Tester) is not high. At the same time, Vietnam software companies don’t have the ability to train the tester onsite. With the aim of providing information about the software testing industry around the world, the conference will invite the speakers from international corporations such as Mr. BJ Rollison - Test Architect (Test Architect) of Microsoft, Mr. Hans Buwalda - CTO of LogiGear Engineering America, and Mr. Sujit Shetty, Director of Strategic Solutions Oracle.
For its second anniversary, VISTACON will have the theme " Advancing The State-of-The Practice of Software Testing and Test Automation”.
