LogiGear Corporation (http://www.logigear.vn) has announced that Ho Chi Minh City has been named by Tholons/Global Services as one of the Top 6 Established Global Outsourcing Cities for Software Testing for the second consecutive year.

Tholons/Global Services also ranked Vietnam ninth in the Top 10 Offshore Nations, Ho Chi Minh City as ranked fifth and Hanoi tenth in the Top 50 Emerging Global Outsourcing Cities, and Ho Chi Minh city as one of the Top Emerging Global Outsourcing Cities for Application Development & Management (ADM) and Animation/Game Development.  

Presently, LogiGear has announced to issue 3 scholarships to students of LCTP (LogiGear Certified Testing Professional) program. The program is conducted at Computer Science Center - HCMC University of Science. The scholarship is 50% tuition fee for the best students who could achieve the highest scores in the entrance exam. The course will open on November 22nd.
