Hung Q. Nguyen
Chairman/CEO, LogiGear US  Hung Q. Nguyen founded LogiGear in 1994, and is responsible for the company's strategic direction and executive business development. He leads the company's innovative approach to software testing, test automation, testing tool solutions, global sourcing and testing education programs.
Mr. Nguyen is coauthor of the top-selling book in the software testing field, Testing Computer Software (Wiley, 2nd ed. 1999) and other publications including Testing Applications on the Web (Wiley, 1st and 2nd ed. 2001/2003). His experience over the past two decades includes leadership roles in software development, quality, product and business management at PowerUp Software, Spinnaker Software, Electronic Arts, Palm Computing and other leading software companies. A frequent speaker at industry events and contributor to key industry publications, Mr. Nguyen also teaches software testing at LogiGear University, the University of California Berkeley Extension and Santa Cruz Extension in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
In 2005, Mr. Nguyen came to Vietnam with a vision to build LogiGear Vietnam (LOGIGEAR VIETNAM) as Vietnam’s first and largest world-leading software testing company, growing the software testing industry in Vietnam and promoting Vietnam as a winning destination for offshore testing solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quality Assurance from Cogswell Polytechnical College, and has completed a Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program. He is also an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer, and was a member of the Advisory Council for the UC Berkeley Extension Department of Applied Computing and Information Systems.
Heather Ho
General Manager, LogiGear Vietnam
Vice President of Operations, LogiGear US  Heather Ho is a founding partner of LogiGear Corporation (1994). Ms. Ho has been holding executive responsibilities for all aspects of US and Asia business operations including finance and administration. Since 2002, she is instrumental in implementing LogiGear’s five-year corporate growth program and overseeing LogiGear Vietnam operations. Prior to that, she was LogiGear’s Corporate Controller managing the financial processes including accounting, reporting, and financial audits—in this role, she assisted senior management with business planning, capital development, human resource management, and other strategic business transactions.
Ms. Ho has expertise in various aspects of cash flow management, budgeting, financial modeling, cost accounting, financial analysis, human resource, and business administration. She holds an A.S. degree in Computer Information System from Chabot College, and studied finance, accounting and software development programs from universities including the University of California, Berkeley.
Joe Hughes
Vice President of Client Solutions, LogiGear Vietnam
Vice President of Marketing & Sales, LogiGear US  Joe Hughes has over 25 years of executive management experience in computer software and networking, and leads LogiGear’s sales team in offering a wide range of software testing services and training, including onshore and offshore testing, advanced software test automation and test process consulting.
Previously VP of Sales at Solovatsoft, a provider of outsourced IT services with resources in Russia, he also has deep experience in Silicon Valley start-up organizations. Mr. Hughes was the CEO and VP of Sales and Marketing for Mark Systems, a software firm specializing in Large Scale Data Retrieval systems and telephone-computer integration. As VP and Director of Sales and Marketing for Corvus Systems and Herculeez, he developed distribution channels including systems resellers, OEM's, large end-users and international customers.
Mr. Hughes also has experience in software development management, customer service operations, and technical writing. He holds a BS in computer science and math, is a graduate of the Stanford MBA program for Senior Executives, and has completed the E-Commerce Management program at San José State University.
Chris Huynh
Sr. Director of Technology and Operations, LogiGear Vietnam  Chris Huynh joined LogiGear at the beginning of 2007 and oversees the strategic growth and development of LogiGear Vietnam. Mr. Huynh has over 15 years of experience in information technology, most recently with Numerical Technologies Inc., Santa Clara, CA. His experience includes founding and successfully growing two I.T. companies, InfoTech and HealthTech Consulting Services in the US. He has also developed and taught Computer Technology courses for the St. Paul school district in Minnesota. Mr. Huynh holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Math and is also a Certified Network Engineer for Novell and Microsoft.
Tuan Dao
Chief Financial Officer, LogiGear Vietnam  Tuan Dao joined LogiGear Vietnam in 2005 (LTRC) as a member of the founding management team and is responsible for the company’s accounting & financial activities. His expertise is in establishing internal financial control systems to meet and keep in line with the Vietnamese Business Laws and Taxes. Mr. Dao holds an Official Chief Accountant Certificate from the MOF and with over 5 years of experience as Accounting & Administration Manager of a Swiss Company in Ho Chi Minh City, 8 years as Chief Accountant of a Trading & Manufacturing Company, as well as 3 years as CFO of LogiGear Vietnam.
Tuan Truong – M.Sc
Director of Research and Development, LogiGear Vietnam  Tuan Truong has been with LogiGear Vietnam (LTRC) since 2005 and is now overseeing research and development of LogiGear’s software test automation product line. Mr. Truong has over 10 years of experience in computer software development. Prior to joining LogiGear, he served as software developer, lead developer and project manager at a Korean and a French company. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Francophone Institute for Computer Science (IFI).
Dinh Duong
Director of Legal, LogiGear Vietnam  Dinh Duong has been with LogiGear Vietnam (LTRC) since the beginning of 2005. Mr. Duong oversees corporate legal functions, including administration paper work, company policy, contracts, working with government offices and banks. Prior to joining LogiGear Vietnam, Mr. Duong held various business administrative and management support positions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saigon University.
